Wrong item(s) in my order

If you have received wrong items, please contact our customer services team within 14 days at help@fableengland.com specifying which incorrect items you have received and which items are missing. You can return the incorrect items free of charge via our courier. We will email you instructions for collecting the parcel from you. We will send you the correct items without any further postage costs to you.
