We strive to continuously improve the quality of our products. We want our products to last a long time and bring joy to their owners over long periods of time. Despite a stringent quality assurance process and best effort, most of our pieces are handmade and we rely on third party couriers for transportation; sadly no operation is perfect.

Just email us: help@fableengland.com to briefly explain any issue, attaching photos. We will simply send you a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases we might ask you to send the products back at our cost, so that we could look into the matter for quality improvement purposes.

In any case, we would not let you incur any loss - a Fable England promise.
